Notes and restrictions:
(1) The SharewarePromotions team is made up of a mix of full-time and part time employees. Only two people work in this particular area, both of whom have extensive experience in this field. This work will never be passed on to any other member of the SharewarePromotions team.
(2) The final report will be as detailed as possible, but we understand that some questions may arise from the information presented. While we're happy to respond to these, we have to insist that they are kept to a reasonable level, due to constraints that these place on our time.
(3) The Software Evaluation package is designed to give the developer as much qualified feedback on their product as possible. It may be used before launching a product, as an advanced form of beta testing, or as a means of ascertaining whether our services would be suitable for a given product.
Please note that you are paying for our honesty! If we feel that our services would not be suitable for your product, we'll tell you so. Bringing in clients under false pretences does us no good whatsoever, and in the past we've turned away clients whose software we felt would not benefit from our services.
While our criticism will be constructive, please remember that it is still criticism!! We assume that you are not paying us simply to reassure you!
